Our R&D teams in different locations source and develop the latest fabrics, finishes and washes ahead of the market. The team works closely with our extensive network of mills in order to provide customers with quality products in their desired price.

Our Technical Support Teams ensure that samples are created and developed safely according to customers’ product required specification.

VENDOR SOURCING & ASSESSMENT

Our presence in Asia enables us to more closely filter-out suitbable suppliers for our clients.
The most imporant key factors we must evaluate; vendor financial status, compliances, production capaity, in-house vertical facilities, and quality standards.

MERCHANDISING & PRODUCTION 

Our experienced team of merchandising manage the lifecycle of each garment, directing our supply base to accurately deliver product on time and to the required standard. A wealth of experience in production ensures that critical paths are closely monitored, maintained and solutions to any challenges are quickly identified and resolved. Each account has a team dedicated to it with a representative always available to provide real time updates or options on future developments. Our team are passionate about product, let them care for yours. Pre-Production work requires close follow-up of all milestones and approvals. These are activities that begin after issuance of a Purchase Order. It leads to a green light for production activities to commence on the designated & scheduled dates.

Quality Control

We go through a series of comprehensive checklists, each appointed on event gates, where a thorough examination of physical and process attributes is conducted. We examine samples and production at early stages. We communicate possible problems with process, raw materials, or product to clients and vendors, helping resolve issues early in the timeline pre-amptively.

ORDER TRACKING & SHIPMENT 

Keeping the customer informed of the shipment status is very important so that the clearing and dispersement of goods are planned accordingly. We keep a regular track of the shipments till the time they have arrived at the destination.
